Don't let yourself be taken in! Each of the lambs that have been certified by the I.G.P. Corderex are individually identified and labelled with a quality seal attached to their leg, and they are also stamped with ink on both sides of the back either with the trade "Corderex" or with the logo on each of their noble pieces of the meat.
Moreover, the guarantee seal stays printed on the meat even after having cooked it, so everybody on the table will know that you have used high quality meat.
